Anxiety Counselling: Gentle Support for Panic, Overwhelm & Emotional Safety

Anxiety can feel like racing thoughts, tightness in your chest, or a constant sense of dread. It might show up as panic attacks, health anxiety, or a fear of losing control. If you’re exhausted from trying to manage it alone, therapy can offer a safe, steady space to breathe again.

 

I offer private anxiety counselling for adults who feel overwhelmed, stuck in fight-or-flight, or unsure how to soothe their nervous system. My trauma-informed approach helps you:

  • Understand what’s driving your anxiety, emotionally, physically, and relationally

  • Feel safer in your body and more in control of your responses

  • Learn gentle, practical tools to manage panic and reduce overwhelm

  • Explore past experiences without judgement, at your own pace
